Kourosh Yekanifard
Attorney-at-Law and legal counselor since 2003. He has a Master's degree in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol, UK, and is an experienced commercial lawyer for large and very large projects in various fields such as oil, gas, petrochemicals, food, cement as well as steel industries, for contract negotiation, litigation and arbitration.
Mohammad Hadi (Tehranizadeh) Katouzian
Also known as Mirza Mohammad Tehrani Katouzian became an attorney-at- law at the first bar association ceremony held in Iran in 1933. He was one of Iran's top ten lawyers for twenty-nine years until he passed away in 1962.
Mohammad Yekanifard
Practicing since 1969, he has studied at Tehran University (BA), Southern Methodist University (MA), and the University of Dallas (PhD). He is a member of Britain's Overseas Lawyers as well as a member of the International Law Society of the United States. He is also a member of Russia's Independent Union of Advocates of Russia's the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
